Ancient City of Ephesus
One of the best-preserved cities of the ancient world. The Library of Celsus, the Great Theatre seating around 25,000, the marble-paved Curetes Street and the Temple of Hadrian are the city's landmarks. Ephesus has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2015.
Tip: In summer, visit early in the morning or late in the afternoon; bring comfortable shoes, a hat and water. A visit takes 2–3 hours on average.

Basilica of St. John
The remains of the cross-shaped, multi-domed basilica built in the 6th century by Emperor Justinian and Theodora over the site believed to be the tomb of St. John, on Ayasuluk Hill. Ayasuluk Castle at the summit and the view over the plain are the highlights of the visit.
Tip: Go toward sunset; the Selçuk plain and the İsa Bey Mosque look their best at this hour.

Şirince Village

Tip: Go in the morning and have a village breakfast; on the way back, enjoy the view along the vineyard road.

House of the Virgin Mary

Our standard check-in time begins at 14:00, and our check-out time is no later than 12:00. This time frame allows our housekeeping team to prepare the rooms carefully and thoroughly for our next guests.
2. Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out requests are evaluated based on room availability and seasonal occupancy.

Early Check-in: If you are planning to arrive before 14:00, please let us know your arrival time in advance. Depending on that day's room availability, we will be happy to move preparations forward to assist you.

Late Check-out: Late check-out requests must be communicated to our reception at least 1 day in advance.

Until 14:00: Subject to availability, it is free of charge.

Between 14:00 and 18:00: 50% of the daily room rate is charged.

After 18:00: The full-day room rate applies. If the room is not available for a late check-out, you may leave your luggage with us and continue to enjoy our restaurant and common areas.
3. Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes. For all our guests, both before check-in and after check-out, we offer a free luggage storage service. If you arrive before 14:00 and your room is not yet ready, you can safely leave your belongings with our reception. During this time, you can relax in our hotel's restaurant or garden, or explore the nearby Ephesus Archaeological Museum, the Basilica of St. John, İsa Bey Mosque, Ayasuluk Castle, and their surroundings, all within walking distance. After check-out, you may also leave your luggage with us until your departure time.
4. What identification is required at check-in?
In accordance with legal regulations, presentation of a valid photo ID is mandatory at check-in:

5. Are pets allowed at the hotel? What are your rules?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel! We have a resident cat (Sakız) and a resident dog (Argos) living at our hotel. Please note that you will also frequently encounter friendly street animals in Selçuk, so we recommend keeping a leash with you.

Acceptance & Weight Limit: Only small-to-medium breed dogs and cats weighing approximately 25 kg or less are accepted (For bird species, special approval must be obtained by contacting us before booking. Dog breeds prohibited under the circular of the T.C. Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry are not accepted at our hotel.). A maximum of 2 pets may stay in the room.

Vaccination & Passport: Presentation of an up-to-date vaccination card/passport approved by a licensed veterinarian is mandatory. Animals without current parasite and rabies vaccinations will not be accepted.

Common Areas & Staying in the Room: Pets are not allowed in enclosed restaurant areas or by the poolside, and may not swim in the pool. In the courtyard and garden, they must be kept on a leash. For their safety when left alone in the room, they must be kept in a carrier/crate; providing food/water bowls is the owner's responsibility. The pet owner is responsible for any potential material damage or disturbance. Legally certified guide/service dogs are welcome in all areas.
6. What is the hotel's smoking policy?
Smoking, cigars, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in all enclosed areas, including the hotel building, the indoor restaurant area, all rooms, and balconies. We have designated outdoor smoking areas in our garden and courtyard. In the event of a violation in an enclosed area, an additional cleaning fee will be charged for thorough decontamination and deep cleaning, and the guest will be placed on the establishment's blacklist.
7. What happens if something in my room gets damaged?
In the event of an accident, please inform our reception without delay so that we can resolve the situation before it escalates. No charge is made for issues that can be resolved with standard cleaning/maintenance; however, for permanent damage or loss that exceeds normal wear and tear, the actual cost of repair or replacement will be charged.
8. Do you have facilities for guests with limited mobility?
Yes. Our property offers ramp-connected common areas and easily accessible room options. Please contact us before booking so that we can assign the room best suited to your needs.

Yes. We offer romantic room decoration and special treats for our honeymoon couples. We can also arrange a romantic dinner reservation with a specially prepared table at our restaurant upon request.

13. Is breakfast included in the room rate?
What are the service hours? Unless you have chosen a special stay plan, our lavish breakfast is included in your accommodation rate. Every morning, between 07:30 and 10:30, it is served in our restaurant or courtyard as an extensive spread or open buffet breakfast. For guests departing early, a packed breakfast (lunch box) is prepared upon advance notice.
14. Can outside guests dine at the hotel restaurant?
What are the kitchen and bar hours? Yes, Ayasoluk Restaurant also serves guests who are not staying at our hotel, offering A la Carte service at lunch and dinner.

We recommend making a reservation in advance and specifying your table preference, both for our hotel and for popular restaurants in the area. High chairs are available in the restaurant.
15. Do you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Yes. Our menu includes meat, chicken, and fish dishes as well as vegetarian options. Our traditional Turkish breakfast is naturally suitable for a gluten-free diet; if you inform us in advance of gluten sensitivities or food allergies, our kitchen team will carefully prepare special dishes for you.

16. What amenities are standard in the rooms?
All of our rooms come standard with an independently controlled modern air conditioner, free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, digital satellite broadcasting, a telephone, a safe, a kettle, a tea and coffee set, a hair dryer, disposable slippers, and quality bathroom amenities.
17. Is the room minibar charged separately?
No, our minibar treats are complimentary and restocked daily. Any requests beyond the standard minibar contents are subject to a charge.
18. Is daily room cleaning and towel replacement provided?
Yes. Our rooms are carefully cleaned every day, and your towels are replaced with fresh ones daily.
19. Which rooms are suitable for families with children?
Do you have a baby crib? Children aged 12 and under stay free of charge. For family stays, our Cumbalı Rooms, which offer a spacious living area, and our roomy King Rooms are ideal. Upon request, a baby crib/cot is provided free of charge.
HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES
20. Is there a swimming pool at the hotel?
Is it open to outside use? Our outdoor swimming pool, located in our garden, is open exclusively to guests staying at our hotel, and outside guests are not accepted. During the summer season, it operates between 07:30 and 18:00 (our pool is unheated). Children aged 12 and under must be supervised by a parent. Pool towels are provided free of charge.
21. Is parking available at the hotel?
While our property does not have its own enclosed private parking lot, there are extremely convenient, safe, and free parking areas immediately around our hotel. If you let us know your arrival time, our team will be happy to help you with parking.
22. Do you offer laundry and ironing services?
Our washing and drying service is charged per machine load (we do not offer dry cleaning). For our guests' own use, upon request, an iron and ironing board are provided to the room free of charge. If ironing is requested from our staff, it is charged per item.
23. Is there a shopping area / store on the property?
Yes. Within our hotel, we have a boutique shop where you can browse and purchase hand-woven traditional Turkish carpets, authentic kilims, and specially designed handmade decorative items.
24. Is the property open in winter?
What is the best time to visit Ephesus? Our hotel and restaurant operate year-round, 12 months a year, without interruption. While the summer months are busy, March–April and October–November are also ideal periods for a quieter stay and a comfortable visit to the ancient city away from the heat. As our region has mild winters, you can take wonderful photographs away from the crowds and enjoy the tranquility of the season.

Do you offer a transfer service? İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB) is approximately 60 km (45–50 minutes) from the hotel.
